Background
Ashley Agnew combines her expertise in behavioral science and financial therapy to help clients navigate and communicate more comfortably around money to be the champion of their own financial story, personally and professionally.
Over a decade in wealth advisory, addressing the ways we feel financial stress amid busy lives became increasingly important to the client families she engaged. Luckily, Ashley worked with a boutique firm that supported a human-first client relationship as well as her desire for continued education in the up-and-coming area of financial therapy.
Following the completion of her Master’s degree in Global Finance from Bryant University, Ashley continued to refine her skillset in earning her FINRA Series 65 investment advisor representative license, her graduate certificate in Financial Therapy from Kansas State University along with additional specialized therapy trainings, and her End of Life Doula certification through the University of Vermont. To better serve her entrepreneurial clients and board commitments, she also completed numerous workplace and behavioral organization courses as well.
Currently serving as a Behavioral Scientist for a large national wealth management firm, Ashley is also an active board member and past president of the Financial Therapy Association, the leading credentialing body in the field. Outside of work, she volunteers with a local VNA hospice program, coaching in a local girls athletic league, and leading a Girl Scout troop when she is not with her family on a course, court, or mountain.

“Financial communication for professionals is about more than investments and profit; It’s about safety, peace of mind, and moving in the right direction.”
